30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging intact.

We accept returns for contact lenses provided their boxes are sealed, unopened, unmarked, and unused. Contact lenses may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days upon receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, style, or size, please indicate your preference when initiating the return process. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
