Dresden is not responsible for VAT or import taxes on shipments. The customer/recipient will handle any customs duties and extra fees from their end.

To get your order to you as soon as possible, we often dispatch the items separately.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging intact.
We accept returns for contact lenses provided their boxes are sealed, unopened, unmarked, and unused. Contact lenses may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days upon receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, style, or size, please indicate your preference when initiating the return process. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. Postage charge may occur.
