<p class="mt-5"><strong>Key Details:</strong></p>



<ul class="list-disc ml-7 mt-3">
<li>Compensation: <strong>Retain 80% of all exam fees generated</strong>, paid bi-weekly.</li>



<li><strong>No Sales Pressure</strong>: Your compensation is not tied to glasses sales, upselling services, or promoting eye care products. Focus solely on providing excellent patient care.</li>



<li>Schedule: Working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.</li>



<li>Patient Demographic: Primarily working-age adults with diverse visual and eye care needs.</li>



<li>Technology: Access your schedule and electronic medical record system from the convenience of your home.</li>



<li>Facility: The exam room is located within a unique optical store, fully equipped with all necessary optometry tools and equipment.</li>



<li>Team: You’ll be working with a certified optician to assist you with managing your schedule and checking patients in/out, collecting payment, etc.</li>
</ul>



<p class="mt-5"><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>

<li>A licensed optometrist with a passion for delivering thorough, personalized care.</li>



<li>Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with patients in a welcoming and unconventional clinical setting.</li>



<li>Interest in eco-friendly and sustainable eye care practices is a plus!</li>
