I was somewhat apprehensive but they both made me feel welcome and comfortable. I found out that I do have an issue to deal with but nothing major or anything to panic about. I just had the most lovely experience at this shop. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Simon, the optometrist, was awesome and kindly answered any of my questions. I signed up online and got 50% off my two multifocal lenses/frames. I can't wait to get them. The colour range made it hard to decide which ones to get as there are so many options 🤣❤️.
