Nearly two decades since my last eye check and glasses. The receptionist and optometrist were very friendly and professional. I was somewhat apprehensive but they both made me feel welcome and comfortable. I found out that I do have an issue to deal with but nothing major or anything to panic about. The receptionist was very helpful and encouraging in helping me choose colours for my glasses. I was very please with a discount for new customer and now looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

I just had the most lovely experience at this shop. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Simon, the optometrist, was awesome and kindly answered any of my questions.
